* All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
* Payment is processed securely via Stripe/PayPal with full SSL protection.
* You will receive an instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity.
* Late cancellation (<24h) or no-show: non-refundable.
* If we cancel (operational reasons): full refund or free reschedule.
* If weather is unsafe: full refund or reschedule — your choice.
👉 Your money is never at risk because of bad weather or technical issues.
3. Safety & Participation
* Jetski Punta Cana operates exclusively at Caribbean Lake Park, Punta Cana, a licensed and insured facility.
* All guests must follow safety instructions provided by our certified staff.
* Minimum age requirements:
* Jet Ski / Aqua Kart: 16+ years with waiver.
* Under 16: must ride with an adult.
* Life jackets and safety gear are mandatory.
4. Liability & Insurance
* We are fully licensed and insured in the Dominican Republic.
* Participation is at your own risk; the company is not liable for injuries or lost items caused by failure to follow rules.
* Insurance details are available on request.
5. Force Majeure
* In case of extraordinary events beyond our control (e.g. hurricanes, government restrictions), we will always aim to reschedule or refund in fairness.
6. Governing Law
* These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
* Any disputes shall be resolved under Dominican jurisdiction.
7. Privacy
* Your personal data is protected and used only to process bookings.
* We never sell or share your data with third parties.
